With this recipe, you will have brownies in no time. Simple to come together and also has one of my favourite combo...chocolate and coconut.
INGREDIENTS (makes a 30 x 24 tray)
100g coconut oil
200g choc
4 eggs
200g brown sugar
100g flour
1/2 cup shredded coconut
METHOD
Preheat the oven at 180ºC and line a baking tray.
In a heatproof bowl, place the chocolate, coconut oil, and over a bain-marie, melt and combine the two.
Meanwhile, in a separate bowl, whisk eggs and sugar till fluffy.
Mix in the melted choc.
Add flour a bit at a time and when all combined fold in the shredded coconut.
Pour the mixture into a lined baking tray and bake for 30 minutes or until just set.
