T&C FOR TICKETED COOKING CLASSES*

*Please note, these T&C apply only to general public ticketed cooking classes. For private bookings, please refer to the T&C below.

Our classes are non-refundable but you may request to transfer to another class up to 14 days before the start of the course.

Please contact us at davide@thecoastalitalian.com to discuss any dietary requirements. Please note not all requirements can be accommodated due to the nature of the class.

Please note this in-person experience is only suitable for guests aged 18 and over. For inquiries regarding guests aged under 18 please contact us at davide@thecoastalitalian.com.

We reserve the right to alter or cancel a cooking class due to unforeseen circumstances. If any alterations or cancellations occur, every effort will be made to contact and accommodate participants. In the event of a class cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, we are happy to refund the full cost of the class to you. If the class is rescheduled and you cannot attend, you will also be entitled to a full refund. Every effort will be made to reschedule the class within 30 days of its original date.

Deposit & Payment Policy

• A deposit equal to one-third (1/3) of the total booking amount is required once the date and numbers are confirmed.

• The remaining balance is due in full seven (7) days prior to the event/class.

• If a customer chooses to pay the full amount upfront, the first one-third (1/3) of that payment will be treated as the deposit.

Cancellations

• Cancellations made fourteen (14) days or more prior to the event/class are eligible for a full refund of all payments, including the deposit.

• Cancellations made thirteen (13) days or fewer prior to the event/class are non-refundable, except where required by the Australian Consumer Law.

• In the case of full upfront payment, the non-refundable portion will be equal to the deposit (one-third of the total booking).

VENUE & ALCOHOL POLICY

• Coastal Italian is a non-licensed venue, and BYO alcohol is not permitted.

• We are pleased to offer complimentary drinks during the class as part of the experience.
