Cherry crostata (Italian jam tart)



Crostata was something that my mum always used to make growing up.

And when it comes to classic Italian sweets, you can't get more classic than this!


NGREDIENTS (serve a 22cm tart tray)

215 g flour 00

110 g cold butter

3 egg yolks

85 g icing sugar

350 g cherry jam
