Iceberg salad "steak"



This will be the only way you will have a salad.

By cutting the lettuce into a steak size slice and by pouring the dressing on top, it will be evenly dressed.

This way you will fill up all the little leaves pockets with the dressing and each bite will be full of flavour.


INGREDIENTS:


1 iceberg lettuce, cut into 2cm thick steak

1 tbsp agrodolce dressing (or white balsamic vinegar)

2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

1 garlic clove, grated

1 tbsp lemon juice

2 tbsp parsley leaves, finely chopped

Salt

Walnuts, coated & roughly chopped
