Caring for your pasta tools is simple, and if done right, they will last you a life time- ready to be passed down from generation to generation.
After use, simply dust off the leftovers with a pastry brush or gently try to remove with a wooden pick.
For more stubborn build-up, use a clean kitchen towel dipped it into a mixture of either water and bi-carb soda, or water and lemon juice. Squeeze out the excess water and gently rub the surface until clean.
Allow to dry in a cool and ventilated place.
Please note: DO NOT run the pasta tools through the dishwasher.
