Sardinia is a place of many beautiful pasta shapes and this Spizzulus is just another example.
Made from classic water and semolina flour dough, to shape them you will need a gnocchi board and a butter knife.
Roll a piece of dough into a little rode to the wight of your gnocchi board and about half a cm in thickness.
Place it at the top end you the gnocchi board, and with a butter knife, press and roll the piece of dough along the board.
Pinch the two ends together, forming a circle.
Place the shaped pasta into a floured tray and repeat with the rest of the dough.
