About the event
In this regional class, you’ll learn how to prepare each dish from scratch using authentic recipes and ingredients inspired by Sicily’s rich culinary traditions.
The experience is relaxed and hands-on, enjoyed while sipping a complimentary Italian drink and soaking up the flavours of the region.
At the end of the class, we’ll sit down together to enjoy everything you’ve created, finishing with biancomangiare, a traditional Sicilian dessert.
