About the event
Join The Coastal Italian for a quick class with Sardinia in your mind. You will learn to master one classic Sardinian pasta dish while sipping a glass of a complimentary drink and snacking on an antipasto.
This week, we will make handmade Malloreddus (Gnocchetti Sardi) with a beautiful Sardinian Pork Sausage Ragù.
At the end of the course, we will enjoy our creation, and to finish the meal, I'll offer a traditional Italian dessert.
All the recipes of the day will be in a take-home booklet.
The class runs from 6 pm to 8 pm, and there will be a maximum of 6 participants in our beautiful store in the heart of Glebe.
