About the event
In this regional class, you’ll learn how to prepare each dish from scratch using authentic recipes and ingredients inspired by Sardinia’s rich culinary traditions.
The experience is relaxed and hands-on, enjoyed while sipping a complimentary Italian drink and soaking up the flavours of the region.
At the end of the class, we’ll sit down together to enjoy everything you’ve created, finishing with torta di saba, a traditional Sardinian dessert.
On the menu:
- Prawns alla Catalana (cooked king prawns with tomato, pickled onion & lemon dressing)
- Malloreddus alla Campidanese (Sardinian pork sausage ragù)
