Risotto Class

During the course, you will be making a seasonal risotto and we will cover every step, from making a flavourful stock to perfectly cooked rice with a creamy texture.

We also chat about the different types of rice, flavour combinations and which cheeses and ingredients are key to creating a perfect risotto.

All of this while sipping a complimentary Italian drink and enjoying an antipasto.

At the end of the course, we will be enjoying our creation and to finish the meal, I'll be offering a traditional Italian dessert.

All the recipes of the day will be in a take-home booklet.

The class runs from 10 am - 12 pm and there will be a maximum of 6 participants in our beautiful store in the heart of Glebe.
