Join me, Davide aka "The Coastal Italian", in this 3-hour hands-on workshop where you will learn the art and the secrets of making the perfect filled pasta.
You will learn how to make each dish from scratch including how to perfectly knead the dough for filled pasta, create and learn about different shapes and fillings and pair it with 2 simple sauces made by you - all while sipping a complimentary Italian drink and enjoying an antipasto.
At the end of the class, we will sit together and enjoy the fruits of our labour.

At the end of the meal, I'll be offering a classic Italian dessert.
All the recipes of the day will be in a take-home booklet and you will be able to take home extra pasta you made, to share with your family and friends.
The class runs from 10 am - 1 pm and there will be a maximum of 6 participants in our beautiful store in the heart of Glebe.

About me
Born and raised in a seaside town on the Italian east coast, Davide’s passion for food was ignited as a child, watching and helping his mamma and nonna make fresh pasta.
In his 20s he began working in local seafood restaurants and spent time developing his craft under the supervision of a Michelin star chef. In later years, Davide earned the position of head chef for a well-renowned restaurant in his hometown.
The love of travel, adventure and new experiences brought Davide to Australia in 2011. He quickly found his feet as he stepped into various kitchens across Sydney’s fine dining scene.

Our classes are non-refundable but you may request to transfer to another class up to 14 days before the start of the course.

We reserve the right to alter or cancel a cooking class due to unforeseen circumstances. If any alterations or cancellations occur, every effort will be made to contact and accommodate participants. In the event of a class cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, we are happy to refund the full cost of the class to you. If the class is rescheduled and you cannot attend, you will also be entitled to a full refund. Every effort will be made to reschedule the class within 30 days of its original date.
