About the event
Join The Coastal Italian for a quick class where you will learn to master a delicious polenta dish while sipping a glass of a complimentary Italian drink and snacking on an antipasto.
You will learn how to perfectly cook polenta and pair it with a rich sausage and mushroom ragu. Perfect meal for these colder months.
At the end of the course, we will be enjoying our creation and to finish the meal, I'll be offering a traditional Italian dessert.
All the recipes of the day will be in a take-home booklet.
The class runs from 10 am - 12 pm and there will be a maximum of 6 participants in our beautiful store in the heart of Glebe.
