Pasta For Beginners

Join me, Davide — The Coastal Italian — for a relaxed, 2-hour beginners workshop where you’ll learn the foundations of making perfect pasta from scratch.

During the class, you’ll be guided step by step through the process of pasta making: from mixing and kneading the dough correctly, to shaping different pasta styles and pairing them with authentic Italian sauces you’ll prepare yourself.

All of this takes place in a warm, social setting, while you sip a complimentary Italian drink and enjoy a selection of antipasto.

At the end of the class, we’ll sit down together to enjoy everything you’ve created, finishing with a classic Italian dessert prepared by me.
