About the event

Join The Coastal Italian for a relaxed, hands-on class where you’ll learn to master one beautiful pasta dish, while sipping a complimentary Italian drink and enjoying a selection of antipasto.

During the class, you’ll make a traditional southern Italian semolina dough from scratch, learn how to shape orecchiette (a classic pasta from Puglia), and cook a rich sauce with calamari and nduja.

At the end of the class, we’ll sit down together to enjoy what you’ve made, finishing with a classic Italian dessert prepared by me.

All recipes from the day are included in a take-home booklet, so you can recreate the dish at home with confidence.

The class runs from 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm and is limited to 6 participants, hosted in our beautiful store in the heart of Glebe.
