About the event

Join The Coastal Italian for a quick class with the Italian coast on your mind. You will learn to master one pasta dish while sipping a glass of a complimentary drink and snacking on an antipasto.

This week we will handmade Fusilli with a beautiful Lamb Ragù.

At the end of the course, we will be enjoying our creation and to finish the meal, I'll be offering a traditional Italian dessert.

All the recipes of the day will be in a take-home booklet.

The class runs from 6 pm - 8 pm and there will be a maximum of 6 participants in our beautiful store in the heart of Glebe.

About me

Born and raised in a seaside town on the Italian east coast, Davide’s passion for food was ignited as a child, watching and helping his mamma and nonna make fresh pasta.

In his 20s he began working in local seafood restaurants and spent time developing his craft under the supervision of a Michelin-star chef. In later years, Davide earned the position of head chef for a well-renowned restaurant in his hometown.

The love of travel, adventure and new experiences brought Davide to Australia in 2011. He quickly found his feet as he stepped into various kitchens across Sydney’s fine dining scene.

Our classes are non-refundable but you may request to transfer to another class up to 14 days before the start of the course.

Please note this in-person experience is only suitable for guests aged 18 and over. For inquiries regarding guests aged under 18 please contact us at davide@thecoastalitalian.com.

We reserve the right to alter or cancel a cooking class due to unforeseen circumstances. If any alterations or cancellations occur, every effort will be made to contact and accommodate participants. In the event of a class cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, we are happy to refund the full cost of the class to you. If the class is rescheduled and you cannot attend, you will also be entitled to a full refund. Every effort will be made to reschedule the class within 30 days of its original date.
