About the event
Join The Coastal Italian for a quick class with the Italian coast on your mind. You will learn to master one pasta dish while sipping a glass of a complimentary drink and snacking on an antipasto.
This week we will handmade Fusilli with a beautiful Lamb Sausage Ragù, topped with an aromatic and cheesy crumb.
At the end of the course, we will be enjoying our creation and to finish the meal, I'll be offering a traditional Italian dessert.
All the recipes of the day will be in a take-home booklet.
The class runs from 6 pm - 8:30 pm and there will be a maximum of 6 participants in our beautiful store in the heart of Glebe.
