About the event
Join The Coastal Italian for a quick class where you will learn to master one delicious pasta meal while sipping a glass of a complimentary Italian drink and snacking on an antipasto.
You will create a traditional southern Italian semolina dough. Learn how to shape " cavatelli" (traditional pasta from Campania) and cook up fragrant vegan cacio & pepe sauce.
At the end of the course, we will be enjoying our creation and to finish the meal, I'll be offering a traditional Italian dessert.
All the recipes of the day will be in a take-home booklet.
The class runs from 6 pm - 8 pm and there will be a maximum of 6 participants in our beautiful store in the heart of Glebe.
