This coffee mousse is a refreshing way to end your meal. Perfect for those summer days lunches.
If you decided to make it in advance, you might see the bottom starting to split. All you’ll have to do is simply whip it up again until reaches the right consistency again.
INGREDIENTS (serve 4 ppl)
25 gr instant coffee
150 gr icing sugar
200 ml cold water
Cocoa powder, to garnish
METHOD
Place the water in the freezer for 15/20 minutes, cold water will help the fluffing up of the mousse.
In a clean bowl add the coffee, icing sugar and cold water.
With a hand mixer, at high speed start whisking for about 10 minutes, up until the mousse will have a shaving cream consistency.
Divided into cold glasses and top up with a dust of cocoa powder.
